Sierra Leone Overseas Sport Association is a nonprofit organization by sports enthusiasts, including ex-players and supporters from variety of sporting backgrounds who are of Sierra Leonean descent . Communities in Sierra Leone are experiencing an epidemic of poverty and illiteracy.

Considering this, SLOSA is committed with an overall objective to engage in program such as building schools, sports facilities ,and organizing workshops, including some incentives to ex-players that will support the program as a whole; by improving the lives of these youths to stay away from crimes, drugs ,early pregnancy , that’s rampaging our communities today.

The organization has established short-and long-term objectives . The organization has established short-term objectives that will demonstrate how the initiative is doing. In terms of long-term objectives, it's all about reaching out and significantly improving communities by ensuring that our youths are choosing alternate paths away from crime , drugs, and untimely pregnancies. Both goals are crucial: encouraging supporters to donate to the cause ,and keeping all contributors fully updated on the organization’s accomplishments quarterly.
